Q: How do I book a session?
A: You can reach out via social media, or send me an enquiry right from my website, from there we will discuss what type of session you'd like to book and I'll send you through a personalised booking link.
Q: I know what kind of location I want for our session, but don't know where to find it
A: I have a beautiful range of locations that I can send to you to choose from to suit your desired aesthetic.
Q: Your packages have a certain number of digital images included, what if I want more?
A: Additional digital downloads are available for $20/image
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, I offer payment plans through Paypal.
Q: Do you travel outside of Ipswich?
A: Any locations outside of 100km from Ipswich will incur a $50 travel fee.
Q: How long will I have to wait before I receive my finished gallery?
A: My Turn around time is up to 3 weeks (12 weeks for Weddings).
Q: How do I know what to wear to our session?
A: Once we have discussed your vision and overall details of your session, I'll send through a number of guides for you including my Style Guide and Client wardrobe which is free for you to utilise as a part of your session.
Q: Can I book in advance?
A: Yes, It's actually beneficial to secure your date as soon as possible before I get booked elsewhere.
Q: Do I have to pay the whole session fee upfront?
A: No, only a retainer is required to secure your booking date - the retainer is a percentage taken off the whole session fee and is non-refundable.
Q: We've never had a professional take our photos before - we have no idea about what to expect.
A: I take great pride in my communication with my clients before, during and after our session. My emails are full of guides to assist in preparation of what's to come - I'm also available pretty much 24/7 on socials, so if you ever have any questions, feel free to send them through! And, when it comes to the day of our session I'll guide you and give gentle prompts in order to get the candid shots - don't worry I wont leave you feeling silly - at least not unintentionally. 😉
Q: If the retainer is non-refundable and we fall sick, or the weather makes a bad turn, what happens with our money?
A: The retainer you pay to secure your booking date is non-refundable and the retainer will be made into a credit for use towards any session, if you choose not to proceed, you will forfeit the retainer amount.
